The Yoga Villa is located at the end of the most beautiful and secluded part of the bay, where you can take pleasant walks among the purest water, Mediterranean flora and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Asinara.

A wide range of sports and outdoor activities are available near the villa. Windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking and diving are possible either directly on the beach or nearby. There is also a riding school just one kilometre away in the village that offers beach excursions, another wonderful way to explore the natural beauty of the area.

An original medieval tower which has been restored and is freely accessible to visitors. You can reach it in just a few minutes from Santa Maria Coghinas to the parking lot, after which you proceed on foot for about ten minutes. The tower has three levels with wooden stairs, the last of which is quite steep and leads to the terrace with a 360-degree view. Each floor has windows overlooking the lake or the coast. The view is absolutely worth it. Either before or after you can visit the river with natural hotspring near Casteldoria Terme, where you have the opportunity to undergo mud therapy treatment using one of Italy's finest muds for free.
